I used to have MTNL Broadband in my home a long time ago, and at that time there were not many options available for us to choose from, but now there are many ISP providers available throughout the country and we can choose from them according to our convenience and choice. Recently I had to use MTNL Broadband another time at my friends house, I thought that the services might have been improved, but I was wrong. MTNL Broadband is the slowest ISP provider in India right now, its speed is nowhere near the speed which is offered by its competitors ISP providers, and the prices are not any lower either, as the speed is slow you might expect its price to be slightly lower than what it is but its not, these two things the price and the speed, are what most people consider first before installing and Internet connection and MTNL fails in both of them, this two things apart, the customer service of MTNL is not so good either, when you talk with there customer executive, you have to wait for a very long time before your call is actually connected to one of them, and after your call is connected to them nothing much changes either, they are not much help, they have poor knowledge of Internet connectivity and other things that they should know, but they don’t. I would not recommend anyone else to use MTNL as ISP provider, choose some other ISP provider which is better than this and I assure you that there are many ISP providers better than this, thank you for reading.
