Very dissatisfying customer service and internet service. I am facing the issue since mtnl changed the line of my connection. Due to weak signals and long wire the internet stucks and gets off eventually or at regular interval. I do need to complaint every week for the weak or no signals. But they just wrote my complaints and do nothing after that. When after soo much efforts they send some so called engineers to watch my problems but their so called engineers says that internet is working fine. Do mtnl think their customer have plenty of time to do complaint without having any problem.
Finally I took the decision to disconnect the mtnl connection because I dont think they have the ability to give quality service to their customer.
Conclusion : bad customer service even if you complaint at management level nothing gonna happen. Bad network, bad internet nothing is good about mtnl.
