If you are thinking of putting a landline telephone in your house or office then go for other company which are providing this service but don’t put a MTNL telephone because it’s service are worst. We are using it from 15 years. Earlier it was very good but now since 7-6 years it has become worst. You will not believe that in 5 years we have to change the instrument 3 times. Their service does not work good. And the costumer service is very bad. Every month the bill comes after due date and every time when we go to pay the bill we have to pay extra charge or argue with them to extend the due date. Whenever we did complain no proper response had came by the company. Recently we had gone to cut out connection than they told that we have to pay 300 rupees and no refund for instrument. They told that 8000 rupees deposited we have paid earlier had became 0 when we asked them how? Then no proper answer was given. Hope you get some help
