MTNL service nowadays really sucks, they don’t even know how to operate their customers. For them it doesn’t matter whether the customer is satisfied with the service & support they offered or not, for them its all about making, they just need money. a lot of money.
We are using MTNL services since last more than 10 years as at that time, it was the only point of contacts for us. In the starting days their services were good enough to resolve any kind of issues within 2-3 days but nowadays even after complaining so many times regarding the disturbance in line, they don’t even bother to check n rectify the issue.
Since last few months we were facing issues with their services & have been registered so many complaints but facing the same issue again n again. First of all its very difficult to call their support as whenever you try, it keeps telling you that "all the lines in this rout are busy" & at some point you will hangup without registering your complain. Though somehow as if it gets connected to the line, the respond given by those support stupid people are very rude. They even don’t know how to talk to any other person, they don’t know the chapter of giving respect, they don’t know how to deal with their customers.
Now, we are planning to get rid off MTNL & give a try to BSNL.
