Yes, I also had same experience. they installed the ADSL router but I am unable to connect to net. on calling up call center numbers 1500 / 1504 every time I get new telephone number which dosent get thru and luck by changes if it rings then nobody bothers to pick up. highly publicised toll free number 1600 228844 isnt working at all. on 1500 / 1504 they accept new connection request but dont take complains.
no manual / instruction guide supplied with installation kit. no s/w or website given to check download usage. I checked the same at my friends place and found that download speed is somewhere between 20 to 30 kbps. it must be kept in mind that they have just rolled out their services. as the customer base will increase this speed is bound to decrease.
this is typical psu without any kind of accountable / responsible authority. on failure of connectivity every one is just passing the buck. no single point complaint center is defined. its also damn pathetic and frustrating to get work done from these babus.
