3 years after installing, my broadband connection went down. Placed a complaint on 1504. Within 1 and 1/2 day the field personnel visited my residence & reported faulty wireless modem.
Replaced the same within 2 days & promptly left the house happily. Then there was speed problem. But the lady on other side of 1504 solved the problem online by suggesting some changes in settings.
