As of this date October 2015 i’m re-doing/re-evaluating my review for MTNL ADSL connection, i’m removing my recommendation for MTNL as it has a terrible connection/cable quality and it isn’t reliable at all!
MTNL has also started forcing "Fair usage" nonsense onto the unlimited users by annoying pop-ups, the deal breaker for me is the lack of reliability you’re not guaranteed to get a stable connection from MTNL EVER! switch to ANY non-Fair use private connection and never look back at MTNL.
