I use MTNL broadband for last 1yr in case of customer service the name of MTNL customer service is worst customer service they don’t know how to deal a customers no energy on calls all of them having a MTI problem every time they use to say that its a line problem call area manger or line man in case of broadband line man they don’t know how to open the computer amazing but they are taking care of MTNL broadband line they always called you its your broadband is working after that no response from anyone.
Guys, don’t take mtnl broadband in life its a wastage of money as well as your time. I am stuck in mtnl broadband because in our area there is no other connection but very soon we will kick mtnl.
