MTNL BROADBAND is worst and the staff is pathetic.Morever if there is constnat problem Lineman will come n say YAHAN NAHI CHALEGA( It wont work here)
And One day you will decide to surrendor your connection coz u r paying unneccessarily for the broadband which is not running at all.
That day you will actually realize your mistake becuase nightmare starts from here.
firstly you dont know how to diconnect it coz there helpdesk idiots also dont know.
Somehow you got the clue.Now go to the Sanchar Haat.They will send you to commercial officer.
Write an application( they wont read it at all so make it small no use of adding your pain they know already)
Your bills should be cleared whether you have used or not /your connection is faulty etc.
Now they will write instructions on blank paper to Store Supervisor.
Now go to store supervisor submitt all the accessories and get that stamped on the same paper.
Now comeback again to the same IDIOT and deposit the complete application.
Hello you need to get the photocopy as well, this deptt. doesnt have xerox facility to give you the receiving.
Dont forget to getting their Sign and Stamp which they will generally resists.
Now Leave this to GOD.GOD will help.
And I know this is very useful info. for all the MTNL users you will realize it sooner or later.
I had this exp. after 3 months of broadband connection at my place.
One Best thing of MTNL they will repeatedly call you so that out of frustration you will say YES MY INTERNET IS WORKING PLS DO NT CALL AGAIN.( STILL UR INTERNET IS NOT WORKING & THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYTHING TO GET THAT FIXED.BUT ITS FIXED FROM THEIR SIDE)
Also need not to mention BILL WILL COME ON TIME.
