Worst Experience

I had the worst experience ever in my life with this MTNL service.


On 10th May, 2005 they installed modem .( Did not supply telephone cable as an accessory, as per modem manual) The internet worked only for half an hour. Thereafter till writing this review it did not worked. To add insult to my injury MTNL has billed me all the charges of modem, installation, advance, broadband service even though it did not work for a day. I made two complaints with complaint number:7306 of 12th May and another one of number 7806 of 13th may, 2005. MTNL people just used to call me and enquire about my complaint but do nothing about it. I told them to give demo of modem and show me the settings of gateway IP address, username, password etc and fixed up the time in the morning. I took leave from my office and sat at home waiting for these people but they have not turned up till date!


Now if they disconnect my telephone (011-25635372) for not paying the bill I am even ready for that as this MTNL is not all trust worthy. Now there are other private companies giving similar service and I now do have a choice, so why beg to MTNL. Kick that MTNL lousy company out.


Now I am approaching the consumer court for my redressal.


I would rate this service as infinite worst.
