MTNL broadband provide worst service. I have been using MTNL since 7 years. It service getting worse to worst day by day. It take ages to open the pages not to think about download. It will be better idea to use dongle with any 3G SIM of any telecom operator for surfing purpose. you keep registering complaint about slowness of the speed, but noting will be done to keep the customer satisfy. I think this post has exact same issue as mine so there are many victims of MTNL . never get a MTNL if you are thinking about it.
