MTNL after sales services are the worst costumer services I have ever seen. first of all internet is pathetic. online work is inconvenience impossible to do due to breaking of internet connection. then second thing is when you complain the costumer care they say that our engineer is about to reach you but. he never comes until you go to there office. I think they made their own standards that when costumer come so then its an important or serious problem. all over dire experience.
