Hi, It may be the past about their bakvas customer suport , speed, disconnection but nowadays it is really a true one. I am usinh triband since 4 months and yes it has a very nice downloading speed and I have never come across any kind of disconnection . I think to save your time and cost you must get to MTNL triband.
After this speedy connection, I am able to reduce my fax bill and telephone chages for my export business. MTNL have really come up with good internet service but still I hope thier is a chance to be very cheap becasue of thier very good network and infrastructure.
ISP support is very good. Still I think, they should think about outgoing server for emails since I am using netscape and Email is from VSNL I find it very difficult to send emails.
