12/06/2005: Hi, I am back again, exactly after one month, as promised by me earlier. During this period I did not find any reason to change my opinion about MTNL. The Broadband (they call it triband) service that was installed 35 days back is working wonderfully well. It sometimes takes more that one attempt to connect , but once connected no looking back at all. In between only once it so happened that I could not connect to the net. I contacted the MTNL engineer imediately. He was kind enough to leave his cell phone number to me. But his instructions over the phone could not solve the problem. He visited my house the same evening, though not exactly at the time that he promised. Anyway, after lot of trial and error atempts it was found that the fault was with the ADSL ROUTER. The same was promptly replaced by the engineer free of cost. I really did not expect this type of service from MTNL. Apart from this, there was not a singlr incident to bother about. The speed is maintained to an astonishingly high level of 200-250 kbps and superb connectivity ratio. I am presently in the 400 mb scheme and I am not really able to consume the quota within one month.I recommend MTNL BROADBAND to all.
