I have used MTNL’s internet for over 3-4 years and I still I am facing the same problems I faced on the very first day. Internet does not gives proper speed and moreover it does not works half of the time. I remember on the very first day only there was on Internet for more than 5-6 hours. Almost very month go to MTNL office to complaint and their regional Officer always says that " I will send my people and it will work" but it doesn’t . What I have figured after 4 years of suffering is that MTNL’s wires in my area are very old because of which internet does not works. 3 years ago there were 5-6 MTNL’s internet users in my building and now everbody has removed the MTNL and now finally I am switching to different ISP. It sucks. Don’t think about getting MTNL internet in Mumbai.
