I have an MTNL triband connection installed at my place and ever since then I have been facing some or the other problem with the connectivity. The problem is not with the speed, but it is with the Service and Support department.
Even when I’m writing abt it my blood starts boiling!!. You call the Customer Care and they make no delays to send a (Stupid) representative, but I think none of their technical assistants are well qualified to fix the problem with the internet connectivity.
They just seem to be helpless at times. It has been more than a year I have been tolerating this kind of nuisance from the company’s service department. Every month I have been registering some or the other complaint regarding the internet connectivity. The problem is not the same everywhere, there are places where the same connection from MTNL works just fine. SO AT THE END OF IT ALL, I’LL SAY JUST ONE THING, ’MTNL TRIBAND WORKS WELL ONLY FOR WHOM IT WORKS......STRICTLY!!!’and another thing guys....never ever buy the modem which the company provides!!!...its EXTREMELY cheappp and disgusting. Get a D-Link Router...its gud.. ;)
