MTNL is a big name in itself providing services to many customers since a lot of time., so its important to maintain that name too., which a takes a lot of services being provided to the customers, customer feedback and managing their faults., BUT MTNL serves NONE.
It is one the pathetic internet connection I have used till now.They just do not provide any service if your net fails, you keep on calling them, they’ll register your complaint and provide you a new complaint number everytime and assuring that they will get back to you within 24 hours but no one really comes to check faults in your connection, .
Their staff is I feel is a bunch of old people and illiterate people who have no sense on talking to the customers., listen to their complaints., even the person that if by chance comes to your house for checking your internet will be man in late 50’s I guess.
Very poor internet speed, illiterate staff, no customer service., if your internet fails one time, then please be prepared to live without internet for atleast 4-5 days
So choosing MTNL over others is a big NO NO., just do not waste your money with MTNL and then regret later.!
