I had subscribed to triband combo plan for a year ago. I have given up hope as it is a govt company. Number of calls to helpline cant solve your problem because either they dont know things or they coulnt careless. My No. is 25084239 in Delhi I have to try at least 8 to 10 times before I can connect. I have made so many complaints but no one can help me so just waiting for an alternative.
Thinking of buying card for wireless access on my laptop, that would be convenient and good riddance from mtnl. Though, the speed is alright but then only if you are able to connect. It is a callous company, they advertised saying broadbend for Rs 500 per month but actual bill is Rs 800 per month on average minus the telephone use. Inefficient, callous, pampered that is what mtnl is and I wish some efficient provider gets opportunity to provide service to the citizens.
