I’ve been using MTNL Triband 499 Combo plan for a year now. and I must say, this is the best internet surfing experience I’ve had.( Before this I had used reliance- Pathetic and Tikona- I’m still cursing those days:x)
The lucky part of my story.
when you get an internet connection, you are jump started with a 2 Mbps plan for minimum period of 10 days. but in my case, I got to use it for a whopping 8 months( woo-hoo). On an average, I downloaded 225-250 GB a month:D
Sadly, Every beginning has an end. I’ve been using my 320 Kbps plan for last two months now. but I still get to use 512 Kbps plan from 8 pm to 8 am. I’m still downloading 60-65 GB a month and I’m happy with that.
The major advantage is its reliability. there were only 2 instances of network disruption and that too for some 3-4 hours in whole year.
The only drawback of MTNL Triband is its "Dehati" Customer care executives. but, as long as there’s no disruption in service, I have no reason to call them at all.
