Took the new connection with Rs 800 /- for 2 Mbps speed till 18 GB..The guy came once for "inspection", then for installation..worked fine for a day and boom. Complained on their site...the man came again, did some "checking"...worked for an hour..then boom..
Complained in the MTNL office and still didn’t work till 1 week. They replaced it by Hathway..Its a little costlier than MTNL but is still worth the money..
