We have purchase MTNL DSL 2399 triband in April 2006 and THEY HAVE GIVEN ME THE WORST INTERNET SERVICES. In the last 4 months I have not been online for more than 10 days while I am paying more than Rs.2400/- every month apart from the Rs.200/- that the linesman is charging (yes, you may call it speed money, if not a bribe) while nobody has been able to rectify the problem. The 1500 and 1504 numbers are of no help as they ask us to contact the local technician as his solution over the phone does not rectify the problem. The best part is that I went to Mr.B.M.Sharma, the broadband head honcho in Okhla Phase III and he showed me that I was being billed for X number of hours while I am not able to browse or even connect to the internet at my end. WILL THEY TAKE THE MONEY FROM THEIR END? IF THEY SHOW THAT WE ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET AT THEIR END LET THEM TAKE THE MONEY ALSO FROM THEIR END.
