I am a resident of Malad area in Mumbai. For last two years I am using MTNL broadband services. I am pretty happy with the service as they deliver whatever they mention on their plan and pricing is so competitive that if we compare it with other company’s plans then it is very very cheap.
However, I would like to point out that reliability is big issue. At any point server can go down for a little time and dealing with customer care dept. is achievement itself. So as my title mention I would recommend this for home user who is ok with some down time and messy customer care but offer very affordable price. Also few combo plans are really good and because of which my monthly bills reduced dramatically.
