Hi Friends, I want to share about my reviews on MTS Data card. I was using MTS for almost three years and currently have deactivated it.
I got attracted when I got an offer telling about its speed which would be high even if we connect it to more than three devices and an additional 10GB will be awarded if we make the payment before the due date itself.
So I afforded MTS 40GB plan for one month.
Internet Speed: The internet speed was very nice and was working without any interruption while downloading or something else. But sometimes the connection gets down suddenly.
Connection Reliability: The connection will not be stable at all. You will have to often make a call to the customer service telling that the datacard color has been violated to red color leading to connection lost. This happens very often, especially during extreme changes in climatic conditions.
I have experienced this issue very often. Being a college student I will be in need of internet often for immediate purposes. But at difficult times you will be facing connection lost.
When you connect the internet to more than 2 devices, then immediately speed gets down. You will be facing sudden issues there also. Charges are also high.
Service & Support: Worst service and support I have ever seen.
As told when you get a connection loss, you will have to call them. And they will inform you that they will rectify and resolve it within an hour, but the result is you have to wait for multiple hours with no response from their side.
Once I had a very important online exam and have to complete immediately, at that point I got my connection lost which was changed to red color. So I made a complaint to the service making it as urgent, but it took almost 2 to 3 days to rectify.
This was the thing that happened very often with this service.
So please friends I don’t want anyone else to get caught like this, you wont because the service is already closed:D
