Hello friends, today I wanna share my review about MTS data card. I have used this card for 2 months due to lot of problems related to Internet speed, Connectivity, Reliability, Poor customer support, after sale services I have closed this connection and moved to Airtel. Please refer below points for details.
Internet Speed: As per MTS they claim speed of 30 -35 mbps, but I was getting speed of 60-70 kbps speed. Which was too slow, even I was not able to open the Google page. This connection was totally waste for me and my money.
Connection Reliability: I did not find MTS as a reliable due to its connection failure. It was not easy for me to connect it in a one go. I have apply multiple thing to start this connection, every time I need to go to its setting and use multiple hit and try. Even I complain this issue multiple time in there customer support but there was no improvement at all.
Service and support: There was one customer care where company claim they provide 24*7 support although its very difficult to connect there customer support. Even they dont pick customer’s call after 10 PM. I have multiple issues like internet speed, and poor connections but they never resolve any of them. I have call there customer care 60+ times and sent almost 70+ mails but it did not work.
After sale service; There was no after sale service, as per company if there customer’s are not happy with there services, they can close there services and get there refund, but trust me it was not easy to close the services. I have called 60+ times to closed my services.
