To say in few words the service they are providing is utter rubbish. Their aim is to fill pockets first. Please don’t buy anything from them. The following are the problems I faced.
1.The activation- I got message that it got activated. but when I try to connect it says failed to connect. I approached customer care. they randomly suggest some steps but it doesn’t work. I browsed through the net and got some steps to activate.
2.Again I faced some technical issue. So I raised complaint in customer care, but same action again .No solution was provided.
3.When I want to pay 1st month bill online, they tell me that the first month’s bill should be paid at the store.
- I brought the latest device(EC315) and they say its wifi enabled and can plug and play anywhere but now only if I connect through laptop the wifi works.
In one month I faced so many issues. Please guys dont buy anythign from them.
