Frustrating Speed and Customer Service

I am facing speed issue more than 2 months. Whenever I call the customer service, they asked me to delete the cookies, temporary files, disabling antivirus etc etc.


Actually I was getting the speed of 100-200 kbps from 6.00 PM - 12.00 PM. Morning the speed is around 1Mbps. So I raised a concern on the speed.


But the customer service wanted me use the machine in different locations.(What a brilliant idea sir ji. I have a full HSD signal and its in coverage area.


Switching to different locations will improve the speed? I have raised the following complaints dec/5046, dec/5056.


They told me it will be resolved in 5 working days. But within those period no one contacted me. After escalated multiple times, They asked me to reach the MTS store for software update in the dongle.


After the updates and all the speed is still very slow. I am frustrated with the customer service. I am going to disconnect the service and planning to switch over to reliance pro3.
