I am an MTS Dongle user for around 2+ years now. There is no internet connection in the device since November 17 and despite various attempts to reach customer care, I am unable to contact them. I have not used any internet since and I have paid the bill till Oct 17(November 17 & December 17 are pending). There is no reply from customer care service despite various email reminders
I want to pay bill and close my account but nobody is responding so, I am left with no option but to wait.
In case, any one has similar issues, kindly post a valid reply in this regard.
