I was using MTS for 7-8 Months, recently I tried to complain that speed is slow. Customer care people has only one thing to say go to service center. I said why should I go to service center whats they are going to do? to which somehow my call got "disconnected".
I again tired to raise issue and again same response that go to service center this time call center agent asked me I will get a call in next 4 hours. WHICH I NEVER GOT. I got very frustrated and stopped paying by latest bill.
After that I got some 100 calls and 50 email to clear dues.
NOT one call to address my concern about poor speed and poor customer service. In a latest mail one collection agent asked me to PAY DOUBLE the BILL amount of FACE FURTHER ACTION. I kept saying you first address my concerns but they keep calling me and mailing me to pay the BILL.
They dont give a dam about customer service. and now they are trying to harass me by asking me to pay double the bill amount when my number is barred.
PLEASE this just plain harassment dont buy MTS
