I have 3-4 connections of MTS in which 1 is wifi dongle using as commercial purpose.
From last 2-3 years I dont have any problem with MTS or from its speed but the problem is MTS customer care. If I want to change the address then there is no positive support from MTS customer care the best solution they are giving is purchase a new MTS dongle with best offers etc etc.
and in every alternate days someone from MTS is calling and asking to change the dongle cz there is a new offer in which I dont have to pay the dongle price etc etc.
The best dongle of MTS is its WI FI Dongle we can use it everywhere and its easy to connect.
