Horrible Customer Service Ever!

Horrible service! I got my connection in the month of Sep (Advance rental plan for 3 plans - Rs 1699). Plan ended on 19th of Dec 2013 and I had opted for plan change (Rental: Rs 799) so that it could become effective from Dec 2013. As per my request plan got changed and my first ever bill with MTS for the month of Dec 2013 gave a shocking surprise!


I was charged Rs 1038 (Rs 799 Plan charge + VAS Rs 125+ Late fee 100). As informed the bill date is 1st of every month and due date for payment is 18th of every month.The bills never gets generated on the first of the month and it gets updated on the portal after 5th or 6th.


I contacted customer care via chat to get a resolution on 7th and 8th of this month and I get a reply that bill is yet to be updated on their end and asked me to contact after 12th so that I could get a response.Even if a mail is sent to appellate authority or nodal officer the response would be a delayed one.


Don’t ever go for MTS. Worst ever service! I really regret deactivating my old Airtel connection, who is the best service provider according to me.
