I bought MTS MBlaze Ultra Wifi(postpaid) modem few days ago from mts site, product was delivered in 2 days, and was activated in another 2 days. The maximum speed I got was around 2.5-2.7 Mbps, so if this is enough for you, then go for it. You can play youtube videos on 480p without buffering and on 720p with a little buffering. It may be laggy if you play online games or do HD video calling. I have attached a screenshot of my speedtest results:
