I recharged the mount of 999 for 12 gb /30days.i am getting only 400 kbps speed instead of 3.1mbps.i complained this to customercare.that foolish fellow told me that this is very good speed for you sir our MTS is giving maximum 400kbps. Then I asked him y r u advertising that 3.1 mbps speed. He said our modem supports up to 3.1mbps.

At 999 recharge we cannot check our balance. Dat’s y wen u recharged this 999, these idiots send msgs after 15 days, "Dear customer, ur current 30 days plan has crossed the 12gb usage. Speed will now be restricted as per the fair policy."
Then when I asked the customer care rep. he said that sir our system is down now, call us after sometym. I don’t know y Govt. is giving support to this worst network providers and supporting cheating customers. Now MTS is introducing another trap. 9.8 mbps speed modem,
