WASTE OF MONEY, DON'T BUY MTS

Already I have registered complaint, but without getting resolution the complain has closed by MTS team.I want to share few things before mention my needs.Customer Service of MTS is very very very worst.


I called CC so many times, but no one responding properly, they r not providing service to customers, they r working only for MTS.They gave me wrong information, also made argument and blaming me.


I gave my sisters number as alternate number, they didn’t call to me, they called to my alternate number itself.Technical person called me on Sunday to my sisters number, I was available at that time, so I spoke with them, they asked me to download something, we were nearing your location, will arrive shortly & check the speed, I was waiting @ my home, after few mins they were calling & said no need off the wifi, we short out the issue and dropped the call.


Note: At that time I didn’t put any download, because before giving download they called me.Here after don’t call to my alternate number, delete that. Before trying my number, y your people call my alternate number.


Yesterday your people call to my sisters number and said we have checked @ your place you will get 1Mps speed, she was saying we have to check, but they closed the SR without my knowledge.


I was calling them yesterday evening because am getting that speed also, so I want to replace, also ask them to refund my activation charge.


But they said there is no option for replacement, you will get speed of 1 Mbps, so won’t replace, after that I ask them to register a new complaint, becoz already they closed my previous complaint, that guy said me I have registered a complaint.


I asked him to want to speak with your higher afficial, after a long time the call has transferred and spoke with someone he said we won’t take a complain for this, I said already someone took a complaint, he checked with him & said he didn’t take any complaints.


What a service, completely fed up. I took a wrong decision.


That higher official also gave wrong information, he said our technical people checked out, you r getting 1 Mpbs speed, so we won’t replace, I said no one came to check, he said they asked u to put download right, at that time they checked through online, already I have mentioned that I didn’t give download.


See how worst service of MTS.Repeatedly he was saying this, I felt very badly and get irritated due this.Before taking the connection they said you will get 9.8 Mbps speed, but I didn’t get that half of the speed, even I didn’t get 1Mbps speed also.
