Request your kind attn: I wish to inform you that I had got this connection through sms add by paying Rs.500 (door Delivery), there was an immediate visit made by tour Representative and was happy with the service honestly, later I got the connection after 15 days later I faced server problem for sometime and I got Ist month bill of Rs.550/- which I cleared, then I requested your Customer care center at Dr.Rajkumar Road for surrender of the connection the reply was very bad saying they are not authorized for accepting and asked me to go to Basaveshwaranagar center I received the same reply.
I had got a reminder cal for payment. I explained them to disconnect my service and accept USB modem they refused and asked me to pay the bill in arrogance I told them that I am not going to pay the bill for this type of unacceptable reply, for your information I had used your service for only 20 day for which I have paid Rs.550/-.
I will not pay the outstanding amount of 1731/- which I have not utilized the instrument is laying with me you can send your person to collect or advice me where I should hand it over. I need a proper justice and a good reply.
