MTS - The Worst Service Provider in the Universe
I mean it. I had MTS postpaid connection. The Sales rep promised I would get 3.1 Mbps speed Believe me I jused it for 3 months it never even crossed 512 Kbps. When I raised the same issue with customer care always they say you are using in peak hours thats what you get.
Even in No-peak hours I never got close to 512 kbps and the worst in non peak hours the connection always drops.
There is only one thing comes on time from MTS, That is the "BILL" yeah. this one comes exactly on time. and every day customer care people call you and bug you to pay the money even though there is time left.
For the rest they wont even bother for customer service.One highlight with my experience with MTS is " They sent me a bill even after closing the connection" . If the rating has -ve stars I would have given -100.
