The fact about MTS is that it does not have customer service and even if they do, there idgits sitting there taking youre calls who dont even know what to do and they will always keep you on hold or tell you they have nothing else to do to help you.
I have faced numerous problems with mts over the years, previously I used to call them on why my connection wasnt getting updated even after the renew date or after having my mts pre paid connection recharged? they said, they took one day to two days for processing my update, my pre-paid update! can you imagine.
This was how bad it was! and once I charged it before the finishing date or before the month expired because I had finished the data, so when the date came for the end of the 30 days, they used to have 30 days now they have 28 days, my whole new recharge also was taken off, I didnt realise why.
I called them up and said that if I recharge my account anew with another prepaid plan as my speed had crossed its data limit, from the date I recharge it, it would go on till the next 30 days are over and she said "no sir, it doesnt happen like that" and as I couldnt do anything, I again had to recharge it and then I told one of the employees about this and he said its better to wait for the whole period to get over and then recharge it, so after that, I never ever recharge it before time even if my speed went and I had to go on with 1X speed.
Now that reliance has taken over MTS, I fear the worst in regards to internet speed and package price going high and no service in return .basically bad speed in return.because reliance is not a good internet connection or speed provider. Its the worst and the customer service will be become worse. I hope MTS is able to stay afloat.
The other thing which is happening with MTS is that all the stores and small stories in different malls are all closing down and the company is not even telling the customer about these things through emails or sms, which they could do because I tend to go and pay my postpaid bill through mts kiosks and now eac one of them have closed down in major areas, now how can one give or pay his mts internet postpaid bill? has the company ever thought about this? no they havent.they just want money and keep on harassing you with phone calls and sms at least 15 days before the last date but never send out a email saying the kiosks or shops have closed down and now will open up shortly or xyz shops in xyz locality are still open and one can pay their postpaid bills and buy dongles from these places! nothing this sort comes down to the users who are using postpaid connection! I really hope they change their work ethics!i reallly do!
