Recently I bought MTS USB modem.Their executive told me that 15GB is free for first 15 days.But within 5 days connection is disconnected and saying no balance.I have used only 2GB .If I call customer care they made me to wait for long time in call. They spoken to me for 40 minutes and finally they gave me one complaint number. Their customer care executives don’t know any other languages other than Hindi. After that nothing happened to that problem. They just left it. So I was forced to recharge myself .
Their internet speed also not good. Still I cannot able to make skype voice call without any voice break.Service is very very poor .
So never choose MTS in your life.They are all frauds, .Cheaters, etc......
If you want to buy USB modem better go for Reliance or TATA photon .
