With a lot of enthusiasm I took a MTS connection and my experience with that was absolutely terrible. I was subscribed to Rs 1000 plan with 40 GB data - thinking that I can use this as my primary connection.
Here are the issues.
This works good initially after some two weeks use, either stop using this if not you will lose sleeping.
Speed is worst than 2G.
You raise even thousands complaints, NO body cares to resolve it but after 22 working hours and even much before you will get SMS saying that the complaint is resolved.
You will get no bill but you will get at least two calls per day to pay the bill for at least 10 days from the due date.
you write mails to the following people 1. MTS APPELLATE KARNATAKA 2. "nodal.kk" 3. customercare@mtsindia.in 4.ceo@mtsindia.in and call to customer care people, you waste your time by doing all the above because nothing will happen,
I have been facing this issue from May 05, 2014 to till date, nothing worked as of now.
Finally you will get call from Jawad Ahmed - MTS, Bangalore circle. Saying that all the issues will be resolved before end of the day but you wait till next day, nothing will happen and nobody would have called you and you start calling and mailing and wasting your time with MTS crab, nothing will work out finally.
they say that this comes with upto 8+ mbs speed but I tested the speed in speedtest.net and the speed is not even 1 mbs. Surprised to know this.
MTS people will come with pre-activated dongle to show the demo which works good, but there is no demo for the dongle which you are going buy and after paying the bill only you can open the box. you cant go back once you pay and start dying with that MTS crap think before buying this crap.
