I have a data card for internet from MTS which I was using for about 2 years now. . However, there is a news in Hindustan Times of oct’12 stating that MTS services may be discontinued.

I tried to recharge the data card yesterday and again today on PAYTM.com site (where I had successfully recharged it earlier) but the recharge failed twice. Could somebody pl. clarify whether this service has been stopped by MTS?
