I have been seeing ad on roads and internet that mts is offering up to 9.2 mbps speed in Rs 999 with 40 gb data. I contacted customer care. They confirmed that demo will be done in 16 hrs. But first call from their sales department took 5 days. Person Mr Jitendra came from delhi to Gurgaon today and gave demo.
Total failure - speed found only 1.35 mbps against their offer of up to 9.2 mbps. Sales person keep on explaining that mts is claiming up to 9.2 mbps speed so he is right and I should buy his product as he has came from Delhi to Gurgaon. I refused.
Then he asked me to pay Rs 250 as demo charges, which I refused as customer care has not asked me to pay demo charges. Finally he sat in my house and asked me to pay him Rs 100 as he came from a long distance and he left my house after 1.5 hrs only after getting the money. MTS please don’t misguide customers, It is not issue of Rs 100 please train your sales person how to deal with customers . It is a true fact one dissatisfied customer spoils 100 of new customers.
