Below is the actual mail I have written to customer care. Device speed is pathetic I am not using it. thought I will keep the device for emergency but even they dont change the plan after confirming.

"I have been speaking to MTS every day now since a month. I have been confirmed multiple times that my bill amount would be changed according to 444 plan and would be sent to me.
Though I am yet to receive the corrected bill. And now you have given my phone number to a collection agency. this is pathetic.
CORRECT the bill and give me, so that I can make the payment, if the collection is going to call me. I will go to police. TERMINATE my account. I dont think I want to have any association with MTS further. in any form.
I have not been using this device. I was fooled by the adds that you run on TV. Just thought to keep the device in case of emergency. NOW I will throw the Device once you confirm the account has been closed properly"
