I purchased the M blaze dongle from MTS on 2nd Feb, I dint get any network at my area. When I complained about the same, they said that they are getting that issue from a long time but not sure when they will be able to resolve the same.
I advised them that if they are not able to resolve it, I want to disconnect the services. They did not do it. They said they will send some one to my place, which never happens. After few days, someone called from welcome department, and I requested to cancel the services, he said he will do that.
After 3 days got a call again, and he said services are still active. I again told him that I want to disconnect the services. He said I will have to go to the store with the original invoice and he will give me the refund. They gave me the address for uttam nagar store, I went there and he said that he wont do that, and because thats the franchisee he said me to contact the customer service.
I called up the customer care and they told me that I would need to send the copy of the bill through email. I did it, and I received the acknowledgement that I will receive the response in 24 working hours. I received the response after 8 days. He said that the services are still active and he said he will deactivate the service now. Then he said that the refund cannot be processed. same day I received the bill for 199 Rs, I contacted them again. They said would need to pay the bill first then they will refund my 800 rs. I made the payment for something I never used. I need the help if someone can get me the refund of 199 and 800rs. my MTS dongle # 8459
