Worst service, Horrible MTS please please don’t trust on Mts plans- loot liya ji loot liya.fake poor customer service- speed like heal.
Bought MTS Blaze dongle -post paid for 1000 rs. on Diwali .download speed is pathetic and it has been pathetic right from the beginning. I have called several time to Customer care number which is more than worst agent are rude and with less information.
Spoke to one of floor supervisor name Pankaj he informed me that you can submit your don-gal with in 15 days if your not happy with service . since I have use 01 days only and I have decided to not to use( continue with the worst service. every agent has different answer totally different .please don’t use MTS service and not to advise to your family and friends please .very bad experience with MTS
