I am a user of MTS MBlaze Data Card since August 2013. I purchased the device from MTS executives and his name is Michael (Chennai). He was promised me about the speed 4.1 MBPS and also told me to change the plan at any point of time without any issues. Initially, I opted the plan 550 unlimited plan for three months and seen that speed is the major issues. I had made several complaint on speed and connectivity, but the customer team not very effective and they are very worst or many times not attended the calls if they dont know reasons for the query raised by customers. This is my MDS # 8925804106.
These are the below reasons to disconnected the service:
*No itemized bill details and showing higher usage for low rental. No transparency on bill information.
Pathetic service – Customer care team not providing right information on time.
Failure of online transaction mode
Slow speed and don’t see any improvement*
I advise you not to go for MTS in your life time for any service!
