I gifted MTS-mbalze to my sister on Jan 2012 as new year gift. I bought in Bangalore, in Dec 15th Dec 2011, on 1st week everything was fine but the next week its stopped working. I got a call from MTS for submitting my documents though I submitted again I went and submitted still it was not working then I called customer care, rather than calling its customer care I would like to say as headache cause! The guy was not able to explain whats problem, he was all the time keeping me hold for minute and its went on up to 16 minutes, still he couldn’t solve it and finally call got disconnected.
I contacted shop where I bought but no one there to explain and resolve the problem.
Guys I advise please don’t buy this product. I have all the bills I paid while purchasing so I am thinking to complain at customer court.
