Dear MTS Team, Yesterday(21st July 2015) I purchased a MTS data card with the number 8459233926. Concern person told us that it be activated within 24hrs. He told that it will be activated till 8PM on 22nd July 2015.
Today 22 July at 7:30 we talk to Mr. Rajeev from MTS Whose mobile number is: 847007xxxx, regarding activation, I am very sorry to say that he is a person full of attitude and very rude. When we asked for the status of activation he started abusing us by saying we people are mental and dont have patient we should wait for 3 to 4 days its not a easy task and he has lot of work to do and used very cheap language.
Mr Rajeev dont know manner to talk to a lady. I have all the recordings with me of the related conversation and if you people will not take a proper action then I will have to take the help of police also and also if you will not return my data card then I will surely go to consumer court as this matter is not to be taken lightly.
Till now at 8:30 PM of 22nd July 2015 it is not activated Please return the MTS Set and pay back our money. I had a word with Mr. Narender(mob:959968xxxx) also and asked him to return back the data card but he was also rude and told us to come in company and return back. If data card was sent by you in our address then why should I go to your office? If you people will not return it back then let me clear you one thing that we are not going to pay the bill. and please give proper training to your employee so that they know how to talk with customer otherwise no one will be the customer of MTS.
Please hire some good people with ethics and manners not like Mr Rajeev, I think that he must be using the word "MENTAL" with his mother and sister also.
