This is the most unscrupulous, worst, and corrupt company experience that I came across with my usage of internet in the last 15 years. I bought this dongle a year ago and since then my nightmare began. Every now and then the speed gone too low, network waves tata bye-bye and then when I tried to contact their customer representatives, they sort of came up with answers like a 2-year-old school boy.
Last month, I recharged my account twice on the same day due to their miscommunication to me and one of my recharged amount got lapsed. When I contacted them to give some solution, they said that they do not have any policy for refund/correction, i.e. they meant to say that they have no obligation to solve customer problems.
So, I advice every one to not get trapped with this CHOR company.
