I purchased MTS Mblaze high speed data card ( 3.1 Mbps) last month and opted for unlimited data transfer package. 80% of times the speed on the card is 0 Kbps. Even a simple web page wont open up on the first 2-3 attempts. I have to refresh the page several times before it displays.
Online video streaming like youtube is extremely unusable due to the low speed of the card.
I cant even download small files. I have lodged several complains even escalated problem to senior officers but the problem has not been rectified.
Horrible and Pathetic Speed, Technical staff and Customer care support.
DONT EVER GO FOR THIS CONNECTION. IT’S TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY, EFFORTS, TIME.
