On 3rd Feb I bought MTS Ultra wifi blaze device for 999 rupees. I bought from Matrix marketing solution. I opted for 999 plan, however speed was too slow at 150 to 250 kbps. I was promised speed upto 1.5 to 2 Mbps, however on paper much high speed was mentioned.
I was never able to open gmail. While buying this mts I was promised return of money in case mts did not performs and no bill if usage is less than 1 GB. However no promises were fulfilled. I called customer care which was very pathetic around 20 times, but no resolution. Finally customer service manager informed me that their is an issue with area, and speed will remain same for Chatterpur( South Delhi).
When I called matrix for refund, they told me to get an approval mail from customer service. I was fed up and finally applied for cancellation of mts account. One fine day I got call mts technical support, and they remotely started testing connection speed and to my surprise it was showing up as 1.5 Mbps, I tried after 5 mints of receiving call, speed was at its usual 200 kbps. When I have complained to nodal for refund, they informed me that their is no issue with speed and I was intentionally getting account cancelled. Even got a bill of around 350 odd rupees for usage of less than 1 GB. I cancelled it and even paid bill. Next month I again got bill when even account was cancelled. I called up and informed them and later they rectified it and informed me to ignore that mail of bill payment.
Guys their is no option to give 0 stars. MTS IS BIG CHEATER AND PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER AND THEY HAVE PRACTICALLY NO SERVICE IN CHATTERPUR AND SURROUNDING AREAS
