Never go for MTS POSTAID CONNECTION. I have taken on aug 26 2012. My Mts connection dint work until oct 6 and my bill got generated for those 5 days. There is no response from cust care. They will simply tell server problems not updated. Second thing is I have applied for 799 plan. they put me into 899 plan.
After asking them several times after 20 days they changed . that means for 20 days I ll be charged under 899 plan. One more thing is you need to stick with mts for 3 months minimum. even u wan to change the plan you cant.
For one request they will take 14 days to respond. Even I wrote to Zonal officer but there is no response since I am sufferer of this stupid mts I am telling you guys Please don go for MTS.
WITH THAT 799 plan SERVICE TAX WILL BW 12 % almost 100 rs .
My suggestion is PLEASE DONT GO FOR MTS POSTPAID. You can go for prepad if u want . Speed is moderate.
